Botswanan President Masisi congratulates Kenyan President-elect Ruto

Gaborone (Botswana), September 9: President Mokgweetsi Masisi of Botswana on Thursday joined world leaders in congratulating Kenyan President-elect William Ruto.
"Congratulations to my dear brother, William Ruto on being elected the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya," Masisi posted on his Twitter account.
Masisi said Kenya has always had a friend and a partner in Botswana. "We assure you and your government of our support and cooperation," said Masisi.
