Myanmar reports 3 new COVID-19 cases

Yangon [Myanmar], June 27: Myanmar confirmed three new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, bringing the total tally to 613,556 on Sunday, according to the country's Health Ministry.
The health authorities tested 3,610 people for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, and the daily positivity rate was 0.08 percent.
The ministry said the death toll from COVID-19 remained unchanged at 19,434 as no new deaths were reported in the past 24 hours in the country.
The total number of recoveries from COVID-19 in the Southeast Asian country has increased to 592,530.
Myanmar has vaccinated over 29.84 million people over the age of 18 and 5.3 million people under the age of 18 as of June 25, the ministry added.
